Invention a new kind of knowledge transition process
Guru karya(the visionary work of the gurus) is a special and important concept in Samarpan Meditation.
There are many new experiences, problems faced, hurdles to cross, while doing guru karya. But perhaps all the samarpan practitioners have the experience that their solution is resolved through *Bhava (dedication)*.
But when analyzing such a process, many interesting facts arise out of it. Such was the experience of a recent guru karya.
It is the tendency of all of us to accept the Guru karya, whenever it approaches us. Maintaining the same atitude, I do try, that if any guru karya comes to my attention or as a request, then I should probably not refuse to it, and accomplish it.
While doing a gurukarya, I suddenly had a novel idea while being absorbed in the technical nuances of that karya.
The idea was that, what I have been taught and been practicing is something different (from this guru karya at hand). That, my academic qualifications and education have no utility in this guru karya. But when I am doing this guru karya and when it gets accomplished, the result is almost at par with, or maybe better than it being done by a specialist in that particular field of work. This is not my area of expertise, not my business, neither my education, amd hence it is logical to conclude that it (success) was only because of the 'spirit of samarpan' that this work came to splendid fruition. There was nothing taught, written, told, regardong this knowledge to me. Is came spontaneous (from somewhere).
Then I did remember the story of Ekalavya. How he too had just acquired the knowledge and work efficiency by being *dedicated* to his guru.
And now, that idea did deepen steeply.
Ekalavya's mind/chitt was dedicated on Guru Drona, a specialist in archery, and then did the knowledge (of archery) of only Guru Drona (something inside that guru) transfused to him.
But, while doing the guru karya I was doing, my mind/chitt was on Gurudev, Shivkrapananda Swamiji. I also know very well that this knowledge (regarding the guru karya at hand) has nothing to do with the education, business, experience of Gurudev's personal life. There was only my intense and sharp devotion to guru karya, that the said guru karya (of my guru) needed to be fulfilled in the most splendid manner, by me. That intensity of _bhaav_/emotion seems the only plausible explanation for me to somehow acquire the expertise of the technicalities in the guru karya.
Ekalavya, keeping his mind/chitt on Guru Drona, was able to gain knowledge of the latter's mortal being.
I, while keeping my mind/chitt on Gurudev, was able to gain knowledge that is beyond Gurudev's human persona.
The phenomenon of Eklavya's knowledge transition is yet beyond the comprehension of many people in today's time. Now something even advanced than that has come.
So what would this level be? How and to what extent did the guru energies progress? What do we make of this, something which is already many times advanced than our comprehension? That brooding probably gives rise to a new invention (in the field of knowledge transfusion) ! 🌷
