Eighth day and completion of the Vishwachakra Anushthan

Today was the eighth and final day of the Vishwachakra Anushthan. The special thing that happened today was that the energy of the Auspicious Idol got very subtly connected with the subtle body existing in the Himalayas.
Now the Auspicious Idol is directly connected to the Guru Energies and so one can communicate directly with the Guru Energies through the medium of prayer.
Now the Auspicious Idol has also become a Medium. And when I communicated, I too offered a prayer that my sadhaks who have received such a divine body after many lifetimes which is suitable for receiving self-realisation and yet why don't they feel that they have received self-realisation?
The Guru Energies explained the main reason for this is the inability to come out of their 'problems' and not meditating regularly. And the Guru Energies have given a simple way to help sadhaks come out of this state; and I too felt that this way was easy. Still, the success of this path also depends on 'sense of surrender' and 'complete faith'.
Still there is no harm in telling you about it. Therefore, I will definitely inform you about this path of prayer on15th January after discussing with the Trustees, because special arrangements need to be made for this path. Today's Vishwachakra Anushthan commenced at 8am and went on till 6pm.

सहस्त्रार पर कुण्डलिनी

             एक रात को आश्रम के बगीचे में ध्यान करते समय मुझे अनुभव हुआ कि मेरे मस्तिष्क पर कुछ गोल-गोल घूम रहा था । हिंडोले में बैठकर जैसा अनुभव होता है , वैसा ही ५-७ मिनट तक हुआ । फिर मैंने भयभीत होकर अपनी आँखों खोल दी और सब कुछ एकदम से स्थिर हो गया । जैन मुनि शिबिर में जब उस अनुभव के बारे में स्वामीजी को बताया तो उन्होंने कहा कि सहस्त्रार चक्र पर कुण्डलिनी की हलचल होने से ऐसा हुआ था । तब लगा कि आँखें न खोली होती तो अच्छा था किंतु बाद में सोचने पर एहसास हुआ कि कदाचित मेरी योग्यता उतनी ही थी इसीलिए स्वामीजी ने उतनी ही अनुभूति कराई और योग्यता के अनुसार अनुभूति भी बढ़ेगी । श्री प्रशांत मुनि मधुचैतन्य Sep-Oct , 2017 Pg.42

आपका चित्त खाने में से पूर्ण ही निकल जाए , यही इस यात्रा का उदेश होता है। कोई बात प्रथम विचार में आती है। अधिक बार विचार में आने से चित्त में आती है और चित्त में आने से कूती शरीर से होने की संभावना होती है । यहाँ कोई विशिष्ट व्यंजन खाने का विरिध नहीं है। लेकिन यही व्यंजन खाने को चाहिए , यह बार - बार सोचने से विरिध है। क्योंकि आप जब खाते हैं , तब तो केवल खाने की क्रिया होती है लेकिन जब आप सोचते हैं तो चित्त दूषित होता है। पवित्र , शुद्ध चित्त से ही आध्यात्मिक कार्य की शुरुआत की जा सकती है। समर्पण ध्यान एक ध्यान की पद्धति है जिसमें परमात्मा के माध्यम के माध्यम से परमात्मा रूपी विश्वचेतना से ध्यान के द्धारा अपने-आपको जोड़ा  जाता है। दूसरा , यह पद्धति दो बातें पर ही निर्भर करती है। एक तो सामूहिकता। यह पद्धति से ध्यान में प्रगति करने के लिए ध्यान सामुहिकता में करना आवश्यक होता है। और दूसरा , ध्यान नियमित करना आवश्यक होता है। कोई भी अभ्यास हो , कोई भी साधना हो , नियमितता तो सदैव आवश्यक होती ही है। प्रथम हमें हमारे शरीर को उस ध्यान की पद्धति के लिए तैयार करना पड़ता है। क्योंकि प्रथम हमारे शरीर
